Jane Wanderer started J & J Wanderer - Photographic Images in late 1997 with the assistance and artistic contribution of her daughter, Jennifer.  Buoyed also by colleagues, she turned what was once only a life-long hobby in photography into a growing business.

Starting slowly at first, she placed her cards in various stationery and art stores in the San Francisco Bay area.  Friends and colleagues were treated to her collection at every opportunity and soon J & J had a small following of regular patrons hanging a "Wanderer" or two from their walls!

Now retired from a long career in international sales and marketing, Chico, California is Jane's permanent home.   Images of people & places, flora & fauna, the modern & the ancient from around the world can be found within this collection of fine note cards and quality matted photographic enlargements.

Although she is no longer appearing at the many fine art fairs in northern California, her works are still available through this website.  To date, all contributors to wandererphoto.com are "Wanderers" in every sense of the word!

In late 2011 Jane decided to rename the little company to "wandererphoto.com" with the hope that it will be easier to find on the web.
